Richard Dean Dreier, Jr. passed away on June 13th, 2026, at the age of 64 surrounded by his three children, after a year long battle with brain cancer. Rich was the proud father of Lauren, Elyse, and Dean, loving grandfather to Isabella, and trusted uncle to Katelyn, Frank, Megan, Mario, Ryan, Marisa, Brian, Richard, Brandon, and Brittany. He is survived by his mother Donna, sisters Cheryl and Donna, and brothers Mario and James. He joins his father Richard "Dean" and brother Brian in heaven.

Rich was born and raised in Bridgeton, NJ before moving to Bucks County, PA in the 1990s. He wore many hats throughout his professional career including proud service on the safety committee and fire brigade during his tenure at Merck and being a true jack of all trades handyman upon retiring due to injury.

Rich had a personality that was truly larger than life and spent his days connecting with everyone around him. Whether he was sitting around a fire on his back porch or happened to cross your path during his daily run(s) for a Wawa coffee he would beam with joy telling strangers and friends alike stories about his life or updates on his beloved kids. He was quick with a joke and an infectious laugh that filled the room. Rich was an incredibly selfless man that would put the needs of friends and loved ones well before his own. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Per Rich's request, the family will be holding a celebration of life at their home on Saturday June 20th, 2026. Please contact Elyse or Dean for details. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please consider making a donation to organizations dedicated to cancer research or assistance for brain cancer patients and their families. These organizations include but are not limited to: Kim's Hope, The National Brain Tumor Society, and The American Cancer Society.
