Philip S. Dybalski, 78, passed away on March 10, 2026. He was born in Philadelphia to parents of Stephen and Josephine. He was one of five children: Virginia Turtle, Greg (Bonnie), Monica Stathatos (John), and Ken (Maria). Shortly after graduating from high school, he became an ironworker apprentice and within 6 months earned the rank of journeyman. Raised to esteemed positions as Union steward and foreman for several companies requested Phil by name to work in these supervisory positions.
He married Patricia (Patty) and they had three children: Lauren (Fabio), Philip (Patricia), and Brian. He was supportive of his late wife, they enjoyed antique shopping, weekend family camping, caring for animals big and small and loving their children and enjoyed beach vacations with his grandchildren.
Phil played many sports in high school. He so loved baseball, he volunteered coaching and became umpire for Little League and regional high school games. He also volunteered basketball coach for all girls team. He took such pleasure watching kids have fun and excel at what they loved.
He is survived by loving pitbull: Buddy and his children: Lauren Incollingo (Fabio), Philip J.(Patricia) and Brian. Grandfather of Colin, Taylor, Jozeph, Rachel and Noah. Retired Lifetime Ironworker and Master Welder at Local 401.
