Our beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away October 15,2025, at the age of 83. She was the heart of our family, a source of unconditional love, and a nurturing spirit who was always concerned about the well-being of everyone she knew and loved.

Born on November 30,1941 In Conshohocken, Patricia dedicated her life to caring for others. It was her greatest joy to ensure that her family, friends and even acquaintances felt seen and supported. Her home was a haven of warmth and comfort, where the kitchen table was always a place for conversation, food and comfort.

While devoted wife to her husband, Martin, for 36 years, she worked at the Bucks County Intermediate Unit for many years, while also creating a beautiful life centered with love, laughter and cherished memories. As a mother to Bridget and Christine, she raised her children with a gentle spirit of unwavering strength. Her role as a grandmother and great-grandmother was one, she treasured above all. She delighted in spoiling her grandchildren and was always their biggest fan. She always made sure to be present at special moments with her family.

Patricia was known for her wise advice. She had a quiet, compassionate way when someone needed a listening ear or helping hand. Her kindness was a gift that she gave freely, and her legacy will live on in the countless lives she touched.

She is survived by her husband, Martin, children Bridget and Christine (Sam), grandchildren Breanna, David (Cassi), Chase, Rachel (Ryan), Sam (Cayla), Matthew, and Sarah, and great-grandson David Joseph.

Funeral service will be held 11AM Tuesday October 21, 2025, at Scanlin McDonald Funeral Home in Chalfont. Relatives and friends are invited to the funeral home beginning at 10am. Internment Private.
