Otto C. Ziemann, 91, of North Wales, PA passed away peacefully on October 7, 2026, surrounded by family.

Born in Brooklyn NY, Otto has lived in North Wales for almost 40 years and has been an active St. Rose parishioner. His Catholic faith has always been his guide. He was an enthusiastic patron of the arts and enjoyed his extensive classical music collection. He was a dedicated art student after he retired from his career as a research chemist. Otto had a great fondness for the garden and often referred to certain trees that he planted as his "friends".

He was the husband of Lisa A. Armstrong and father of Julie L. Takacs (Chris), Laura I. Sims (Bryan) and Michael T. Ziemann (Sheri). Grandfather of Heather Blumenthal, Rose Jensen, Aaron Ziemann and Kendra Ziemann. Great-Grandfather of Alex, August, Elsa, Jonah and Violet. He is survived by his sisters Alicia Bernhardt and Marcia Megarry. Otto was preceded in death by his first wife Anita L. Ziemann.

A Funeral Mass is scheduled for 11 AM Wednesday October 14, 2026, at St. Rose of Lima Church 424 S. Main St. North Wales, PA 19454. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation at the Church Wednesday after 10 am. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Philadelphia, PA will follow the mass.
