Mary Jean “Mare” DeHaven (nee, Palladino) of Chalfont passed away peacefully Sunday, February 22, 2026, at home surrounded by her family. She was 78.
Born in Philadelphia, Mare was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 51 years, Robert L. DeHaven Jr., and was loving mother to Rob DeHaven (Cindy) and Lori DeHaven. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Ryan DeHaven (Ashley), Nick DeHaven, Matt Stritzl (Tiffany); and one great-grandson, Jackson Stritzl; as well as her sister Alberta Palladino and brother Albert Palladino.
Mare worked at the Warminster Burger King for over twenty years and made several lifelong friends with co-workers. She enjoyed camping, lunching with the girls, playing Friday night bingo, cruises, day trips to the casino and spending time with her beloved family.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial services. The family appreciates your understanding.
