Leticia F. Duwe of Phoenix, AZ, passed away at Doylestown Hospital Friday April 17, 2020. She was 72.
Born in the Phillipines, she was the wife of the late Axel Duwe and mother of Yasmin Manley (Tom) and Morena Duwe. Also surviving are 2 grandchildren, a brother and 6 sisters.
