Laura N. Orbell (nee Rubino) also known to her family as "Lolly", passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 8, 2026. Her family were all able to say their goodbyes and reminisce about their "Grandmom". Laura will be remembered as a funny, feisty and kind woman who loved to laugh, loved to celebrate and loved her family fiercely.

Laura was a Honeywell employee for over 20 years and upon her retirement spent time traveling with friends and family. She helped to raise, but also "spoil" her three grandchildren and given the opportunity would enter into political discussions with them and whomever--whenever possible.

A loving wife for 61 years, to her husband Jospeh W. Orbell, Laura was also a devoted mother, a tremendously generous "Grandmom" and a faithful friend, she will be missed by everyone whose life she touched with her wit and warmth.

She is survived by her son, Joseph W. Orbell, daughter Laurie Ann Czerpak (nee Orbell) and her three grandchildren; Cassidy Ann Czerpak (husband CJ), Shannon Laura Czerpak (fiancé Wil) and Jacob Vastine Orbell, her son-in-law John Czerpak and her daughter-in-law Valerie Vastine Orbell. Laura is predeceased by her parents, Michael Lapetina, Laura Lapetina (nee Rubino) and her brother, Michael Lapetina.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Tuesday, October 13th from 10-11 AM with a service afterwards at the Scanlin-McDonald Funeral Home at 175 East Butler Avenue, Chalfont, PA. Burial will follow immediately at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery at 3301 Cheltenham Avenue, Glenside, PA 19038.
