Joseph J. Brown, 85, passed away peacefully at home on December 4, 2025. Husband of the late Rosemary J. (nee Mulligan) for over 62 years. Father of Rosemary P. Brown (Ronald Francis), Julia A. Brown (Arnold Gibbs) and Joseph W. Brown (Dana). Survived by his sisters Ursula Hollars, Doris Parsons and bother in law James Mulligan. Preceded in death by his brother William J. Brown. Also survived by his beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many devoted friends. Funeral Mass 11 AM Wednesday December 10, 2025 at St. Jerome Church 8100 Colfax St. Philadelphia, PA 19136. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation at the church Wednesday after 10 AM. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers donations to Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia PA 19111 in Joe’s memory would be appreciated.
