With deep love and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of John A. Moore, age 82, on November 20th, 2025. John was a proud and dedicated 60-year member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 542, where he built a lifetime of respect and friendships.

John is survived by his beloved wife, Jackie Moore, who was his partner and closet companion.

He is also lovingly remembered by his step sons, Mark Cuiffitelli (Lisa), and Christopher Cuiffitelli, who brought him great pride throughout his life.

A devoted grandfather, John leaves behind  five grandchildren- Mark, Shayna, Jack, Marisa and Carlina each of whom brought joy and meaning to his days. He was also blessed to meet his great-grandson, James, whose arrival brought a new light to John’s later years.

John is additionally survived by his sister, Kathleen Haber, along with his three nieces and their families, all of whom held a special place in his heart.

John will be remembered for his steady strength, quiet humor, and unwavering devotion to the people he loved. His presence will be deeply missed, but his legacy of his kindness, work ethic, and love will endure in the hearts of all who knew him.

Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Monday December 1, 2025, at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Church 1325 Upper State Road North Wales, PA 19454. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation at the Church Monday from 9:30 am to 10:30 AM.
