Doris G. Myers (nee Greenly), 98, passed away on June 16, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. She was the wife of the late Walter M. Myers for 51 years, and mother of Carol Cramer (George), Barbara Myers and Nancy Moyer (Eric). She is also survived by her brother John Greenly (Dorothy), and grandchildren Jane Cramer, Todd Cramer (Angel), Stephanie Wiley, Christopher Wiley, Andrew Moyer and Hannah Short (Johnny). She was also blessed with 8 great grandchildren.

Born in Chalfont, PA, Doris attended Doylestown High School where she met Walter. They married and built a house together in New Britain, PA where she lived until moving to Wesley Enhanced Living in 2011. Together Doris and Walter ran a Plumbing and Heating business for over 30 years.

Doris was an involved member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Dublin, PA for over 60 years, and later joined St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Doylestown. She served in many ways, both in church and as a board member of the Telford Lutheran Home. More importantly, she also served by caring for friends and family in small ways over a lifetime with childcare, meals, rides and visits.

While living at Wesley Enhanced Living, Doris was active in many ways. She enjoyed singing in the choir, swim and exercise classes, craft activities, and special outings. She was especially proud of the “teddy bears” group who made teddy bears to donate to Children’s Hospital patients.

She and Walter enjoyed many trips together, and she had several years of adventures with her “Jersey gang” of friends. Her favorite spot by far was their little cottage in Ship Bottom, NJ, where she loved to sit on the beach with friends and was always happy to dip her toes in the ocean.

Funeral Service will be determined at a later date at Scanlin McDonald Funeral Home, 175 East Butler Avenue Chalfont, PA 18914. Private interment at Beulah Cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers, donations to Wesley Enhanced Living Benevolent Fund would be appreciated.
