Clement J. Foulk, Jr., a former resident of Frackville, PA, and recently a resident of Rosewood Nursing and Rehabilitation, passed away Saturday June 19, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Schuykill. He was 68.
Born in Pottsville, PA, he was the son of the late Clement and Ellen Foulk, Sr. He is survived by his sisters Lucinda Lee Seitzinger (David), Mary Francis Harner (Dan) and Kathleen Helduser (John). Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services in Frackville, PA are private at the request of the family.
