Michael Richard Lostaunau passed away on Sunday September 16, 2018 at Doylestown Hospital in Doylestown. He was 53.
Born in Washington DC and raised in Rochester, NY, Michael was the eldest child of Mary Anne and Alberto Lostaunau.
He graduated in 1983 from Cardinal Mooney High School where he was a member of the track, soccer, and football teams. Michael attended the University of Buffalo and enlisted in the Army. He became a drill sergeant while stationed at Fort Lenard Wood, MO.
Michael relocated to Lawrenceville, NJ where he began his career as a network engineer at Bristol Myers. From 2000 until his passing, Michael was a resident of Montgomeryville, PA and a member of the network engineering team at Susquehanna International Group, LLP.
Michael was a loving husband and devoted father. He enjoyed DIY home improvement projects, working with computers, cooking, watching football and spending time with his family and friends.
Michael is survived by a loving family which includes his wife, Hillary, his son Gregory, his daughter Nicole, his mother Mary Anne, his brother Thomas and sister-in-law Suzanne, his sister Carolyn Mathis, and four nieces and nephews.
A memorial service and Celebration of his Life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Catholic Church 1325 Upper State Road, North Wales, PA. Family and friends are welcome to call at 9:30 prior to the service at 11:00 AM. Interment will be after the service at Beulah Cemetery.
